Project Description: 

This new construction of a hydrant cart test stand included the installation of a 15,000-gallon factory built aboveground fuel storage tank with interior lining, tank appurtenances and catwalks, associated piping, and test stand equipment. Other new work as the Prime Contractor included timber piles installed under a concrete tank foundation and containment area with new containment drain piping tied-into the existing containment system. A new electrical duct bank was installed with associated electrical equipment, conduit, excavation, backfilling, and site restoration.
